Initially, I was reserved about joining TEAM Network for a couple of reasons, namely an extra cost to the business and how in practice was it going to work on TEAM Xchange,  sharing jobs with other solo recruiters that would be wanting to fill the roles themselves.

New Member - Legal Specialist

The first week was great. On day three I picked up two roles within my specialism that I am working on and there may be great potential there as the other recruiter is more of a generalist, and they don't have the network which I do.


The WhatsApp chats have been very helpful, I feel like I can always turn to them for help.

Joining TEAM Network has been one of the smartest decisions we’ve made this year.
