Simon Bliss - Chairman
Simon Bliss is Chairman of TEAM, bringing decades of recruitment experience and a career that reflects the value of the network.
Originally a TEAM Member, he grew his own agency from a team of two to more than forty employees. His leadership is grounded in firsthand experience, giving him a genuine understanding of the challenges independent recruiters face.
In 2020, Simon acquired TEAM to give back to the organisation that supported his own growth. His focus is on strengthening a collaborative community where independent agencies can support each other and succeed in a changing recruitment market.
Andy Dunne - Managing Director
Andy Dunne became Managing Director of TEAM in 2023, after more than seven years as a member while running his own solo recruitment business. His hands-on experience gives him a clear understanding of the day-to-day realities independent agencies face.
Andy is focused on improving Member support and strengthening collaboration across the network, ensuring agencies have the resources and guidance they need to adapt and succeed in a changing market.

Together, Simon and Andy embody the ethos of TEAM - a testament to the strength and success that comes from true collaboration and mutual support.
