Attend Breathwork sessions ran by Michelle Flynn.
Morning session - before Friday kicks off, designed to help everyone arrive fully present, focused and mentally clear at the start of the day.
Using science-backed breathing techniques paired with a carefully curated playlist, you will be guided to regulate your nervous system, reduce mental noise and sharpen attention.
Lunchtime session - designed as a post-lunch energiser, this high-energy breathwork session helps us shift out of fatigue and back into an optimal state for focus, engagement and learning.

New to TEAM Conference 2026! Join Chris Hatfield for a conversational 5km run around Kenilworth led by Run Your Mind.
Run Your Mind are focused on encouraging people to work on their mind, not just their mileage. With each run having a specific topic and set of questions, to ask one another whilst on a run.
The topic for this run will be self-talk. The conversation you have with yourself, how conscious of it are you and how you ensure it serves rather than sabotages you.
Taking place ahead of the Conference on Thursday 4th June.
